1. About Us
These Terms of Service govern your use of aquafun.mt and any purchase of products from AquaFun Malta ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products
We sell the AquaFun Foldable Swimming Pool (210 × 140 × 55 cm) and related accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe. You will receive an on-screen confirmation after payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
- Malta: Free delivery. Estimated 7–14 working days.
- Gozo: Delivery available at an additional charge of €20. Estimated 7–14 working days. The exact Gozo surcharge will be confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, redelivery charges may apply.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items that have been assembled, filled with water, or used cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds cover the product price only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Warranty
The AquaFun Foldable Pool is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, exposure to sharp objects, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaFun Malta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Important: Always supervise children when using the pool. The pool is not a safety device and should not be used as a substitute for proper swimming supervision.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on aquafun.mt — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AquaFun Malta and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
